From the template to the chart

A filled guest list is the slow half of the job. Placing everyone at tables, keeping families together and the people who must not sit together apart, is the other half, and the one that takes a weekend by hand.

The template's columns are the ones Wedtide reads: select every cell including the header row, copy, and paste it into Wedtide. It counts how many tables you need, seats everyone with each household at one table, and lets you say who must sit apart. Then you drag to adjust, walk the room in 3D, print the list by table for the venue and caterer, and give guests a QR sign to find their seat. Free, no account, and your list stays on your device.

If you prefer paper, print the worksheet, write a table number in each circle and a name on each line. Two tips: write in pencil, and fill the tables for parents and the wedding party first.

Paste your list and seat everyone
