Terms
Last updated 5 October 2026
These are the terms for using Wedtide at wedtide.com. By using it you agree to them. They are short on purpose.
Who runs it
Wedtide is run by Dan Zajdband, self-employed (autónomo), Spain. Contact: hola@wedtide.com.
What Wedtide is
A set of tools for planning a wedding, starting with a seating plan. It runs in your browser and keeps your plan on your device. See the privacy page for exactly what is stored and sent.
Your plan is your responsibility
Because the plan lives in your browser, clearing site data or switching device can lose it. Save a copy with the Save button. Check the seating before you print or share it: Wedtide suggests an arrangement, and you decide whether it is right for your guests.
Guests' information
You are the one who decides whom to put in your plan and who receives the seat finder link or sees the printed sign. Please share them only with people who should see the names in them. Do not use Wedtide to collect or share information about people for any purpose other than organising your event.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break it, overload it or use it to harm others. Venue search uses free OpenStreetMap services; please do not automate it.
Paid features
Planning, seating, sharing and printing are free. Wedtide Plus is an optional one-time purchase for one wedding; what it includes and its price are shown before you buy. Payment is handled by Stripe as merchant of record, whose terms apply to the purchase. There is no subscription and nothing renews. If Plus does not work for you, write to us within 14 days of buying and we will refund it. Plus is remembered by the browser you bought it in; you can turn it on in another browser with the email you paid with. Wedtide never handles payments between you and your vendors or guests.
No warranty, and limits on liability
Wedtide is provided as it is, without promises that it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using it, such as a lost plan or a seating arrangement that did not suit your guests. Nothing here limits rights you have by law as a consumer, or liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ownership
Your plan and the names in it are yours. The Wedtide software, design and name belong to the operator.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. They are governed by Spanish law, without removing the mandatory protections of the country where you live.
